I sat and did these 9 outfit designs over a couple of hours yesterday, and -despite the messiness of some - liked them. Whenever I design clothes or whole outfits i seem to be pretty mainstream with what I end up with, these are really no different; I suppose I tend to draw things that I would wear or would see other people wearing in everyday situations.
I think my favourite outfit is the middle one - the short-sleeved, double-breasted jacket with the grey pleated skirt. I have a skirt similar to that, and really want a short-sleeved jacket for the summer - if I found one like this I would probably buy it!
Most of the time when I was drawing these I didn't really bother to be too neat, and, as you can see, I didn't bother drawing faces on many of the models. It was just a chance to design more clothes, since I hadn't done so in a while!
